Iran is incapable of that kind of technology... Just the description, if any where near accurate, would be impossible for them let alone any physical capabilities of reaching high speeds and attitudes (even under 5k feet) with multiple drone technologies.

What makes you say that? Aside from the very likely possibility of the Iranians being provided that kind of technology by their "allies", what reason do we have to think they can't build something like this themselves?
