Well, since Florida is overrun with New Yorkers, maybe NC is the new Florida.
In the past 4 years I and a few other members of my family & extended family have moved from west central FL to the mountains of NC & north GA. We’ve all had it with the crowding, the traffic, the humid heat and the %#*! palmetto bugs in the sunshine state.
