At least it wasn’t the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY - I pass it when traveling to see relatives in Ohio...never have stopped in tough - my memories of the Vettes on the streets in the 60s and 70s are enough.
My favorite was the ‘66 coupe with the 427 CI/425 HP mill....The maroon color, with the removable hardtop panels was my favorite

Coincidentally, I saw a black 2026 Corvette ZR1 in town, yesterday. Wow.

I have no idea who around here might own one. The car looks like something one could go Shadow hunting in. (Babylon 5 reference.)
