“I believe this sucker was offered 10 years for a guilty plea.”
If this is true, whoever advised him to turn this down, should be imprisoned along with him. The evidence of his guilt is overwhelming.
I doubt there was much to plea in this case and that is why it went to trial. The trial judge seemed to approve of the outcome.
