Where do you get whole grain barley flour, or do they even make a white barley flour?

It’s available, not sure it’s reasonably priced. Any gourmet store in your area probably sells it. Ordered online, I would think the shipping could be a bit much.

I’m a hick, but I’m not sure I know what the plant looks like. Oats, corn, wheat, alfalfa, soybean, but not barley.
