Will new technology make 2026 data centers obsolete in 2028?

Most data centers will be essentially obsolete before they are completed. As newer technologies such as recent unified memory advances become available for local use, the demand for huge, centralized AI data centers will decrease.

I already use hybrid systems to decrease the need for expensive services. Here is a video that explains one hybrid use that works even on the limited hardware that I own...
