I lived in Long Beach from 1980-85 and then in Lakewood from 1986-89. I loved going to Belmont Shores & Naples to check out the “rich ppl’s” houses. We didn’t have a problem with these hordes of animals taking over a neighborhood back then. I’m glad we didn’t stick around after all.
