Well, I don't want to believe that.
I not at all sure but I think there are a LOT of women that work in all parts of the government nowadays. Local, state and fed. So maybe feminism has become an almost overpowering force at all levels of government....maybe. (?)
A Chinese national once told me that individually people are quite intelligent, but as a mob they go insane.
And then there’s the Suffragette song from Mary Poppins
“...Although we adore men individually, we must admit that as a group they’re rather stupid.”
Yeah that’s a little over the top but in my experience both in and out of government the 80/20 rule applies. Most people are just clocking time. The good ones get a lot of the work done.
