I doubt it tops The Big Chicken!
I hadn't heard of them, but there's one in nearby Gilbert, so I will give it a try. I'm not really as chicken gut, and I prefer mine bone in.
Culver's is primarily hamburgers. They have chicken, too, but that is not why one goes there. They also have pot roast, hot vegetable sides, cheese curds (Wisconsin roots), and unexpectedly good, quality fish (Cod and Walleye). Excellent frozen custard. Reasonable prices. High quality ingredients. Service on par with Chick-Fil-A and In 'n' Out.
In Wisconsin, Culver's is a thing like Dunkin Donuts in MA, In 'n' Out in CA, Whataburger in TX, Captain D's in Georgia, Bojangles in South Carolina.

The Big Chicken is just one KFC.
The Big Chicken is a KFC restaurant in Marietta, Georgia, which features a 56-foot-tall (17 m) steel-sided structure designed in the appearance of a chicken rising up from the top of the building. It is located at the intersection of Cobb Parkway (U.S. 41/Georgia 3) and Roswell Road (Georgia 120) and is a well-known landmark in the area.[1]
I was just going on about it because of your Culver restaurant I have never heard of. There is a picture in the Wikipedia Article. It was originally a Johnny Reb's Chick, Chuck and Shake in 1963.
