Nope. In Texas, he is not even eligible for parole until he spends half his sentence (17.5 years) in prison.

Given the noterietay of the case, I would expect him to be denied on the first try.

If he’s a bad boy in prison (which, let’s face it; he will be) his sentence will get lengthened.
