Perhaps the companies might do something like:

Sample an image at say 150 points. If any row, horizontal, vertical or diagonal has more than four in succession of a skin color, the image will be deemed to be of a person who might be nude.

The center of the skin color points might then be determined. The search will then circularly step out from that center if the step out (excluding no more than one non-skin color pixel per ring) includes at least 70% of the skin color points, the image will then be displayed.

Otherwise, an “OSA Censored” image will be displayed.

Interesting. The UK has an exemption known as the “4-year rule”. Overseas-trained educators from outside the UK can teach in many English schools without holding official Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for up to 4 years. If it is already in effect, then why is it not being considered?
