Interestingly enough, the UK kinda, sorta has one.
From the English Bill of Rights (1689):
“Protestants may have arms for their defence suitable to their conditions and as allowed by law.”
The trick of course is in the phrase “as allowed by law”.
“as allowed by law” is additional. It follows “and” so some favored folks might get to own a blunderbuss as well as a defensive pistol and hunting rifle.
The clause could have been written:
Protestants may have arms for their defence suitable to their conditions as allowed by law.
