Because they have a “let’s discourage Republican voters” agenda and the bettors are a bunch of disenchanted libs!!
The way it should be is this, when you have two Republicans and two Democrats running, the top Republican gets in to the runoff along with the top Dem..so it should be Steve Hilton and let Becerra and Steyer vie for the top spot..same goes for mayor, it should be between Bass and Raman..and Pratt gets in as the Republican..
