There’s a voter ID initiative on the November ballot in California. Whether it will pass remains to be seen. It should pass. It remains to be seen how much voter fraud will be used on an initiative meant to greatly limit voter fraud.
And then there are the California judges who have overruled the will of the people in that state, and once again invalidate an initiative passed by the people.
