They just tipped up the “resting bitch face” lines at the corners of her mouth. It almost looks worse, because it’s unnatural. Now it wouldn’t take much makeup to turn her into The Joker.

Does anyone buy that O’Donnell is anywhere in the same universe with “happy?”
Makes her look like Barney Frank.
