I would want to test it out, but it would appear that dropping a body off the edge would tip the entire thing over and one would land on their feet.

The J6’ers should have used a guillotine, the left seems to get a pass on those.

Possibly, but with the hangman and a crowd on the scaffold and stairs, it wouldn't tip over.
