If anyone wants the LEAST expensive Iver, get the liquid inject able in those bottles made to hang upside down. You can put a few drops in a beverage and drink it right down.
I use a shot glass w/ a little Cran-pom juice. Doesnt need refrigerating either, just keep in a cool dark place.
With all the crap in the air and our food it cant hurt to take some regularly
