Never watched Colbert except for one time on a YouTube video just to see what all he fuss was about. I was surprised that some called him a comedian, nothing funny about him at all, just a left wing mouth.
Are there really any “comedians” anymore?
I cannot think of one modern comedian that makes me laugh.
And I could even find leftist comedians, like the late Bill Hicks, funny sometimes.
There has not been a comedic late night show since Carson retired. They all suck.
You watched him one more time than me. Of course, I’ve watched very little tv over the decades and close to zero “late night” tv. But, based on the few snippets of recordings I’ve seen, all these people are so drearily the same and not funny at all.
I’ve had two good rules: live close to work to minimize hours driving and don’t watch tv.
