The handwriting on the wall hits home. How soon will he bring up the SAVE Act?

Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, told reporters she was "supremely disappointed" ...

Thune is a lying POS RINO would needs to be removed from “leadership” immediately. He, and that worthless POS Cornhole could have gone forward screwing over the President at every turn after the next election, if they would have passed the SAVE Act. In fact, PPaxton even stated, several times, that he would drop out of the race if they passed it, but the RINO filth didn’t even make an attempt. Can’t get rid of all these RINO limp-wrists fast enough...

Thune has put Tim Scott in charge of the Senate war chest for November.

Tim Scott is one of Mitch’s old acolytes. He endorsed Lisa Murkowski over her conservative primary opponent in 2022.

Thune and Scott wasted over $ 100 million dollars in RNC funds on John Cornyn’s campaign.

The RINO senate needs an enema.

He says this after the NRSC spent a reported $100 million against Paxton to keep Cornyn? Glad they have plenty of money, glad none of it is mine.

Thune , old buddy, you have to go. The fact he hasn’t been tossed out on his ass prior is a snapshot of the power that the Rino Cuckolds have in the Gee Oh Pee.

Circle the Wagons, protect the cuckolds !

Instead, the bustards should be tarred feathered and run all the way to Europe. Gtfo of the USA you slimy Uni Swamp bastards.

Thune, one of the controllers of Republican Party Campaign funds, led the charge to spend $90,000,000.00 of republican contributors (taxpayers) funds on Cornyn so that Thune’s RINO “pal” and butt kisser (Cornyn) could hang around another six years.

So, “pivot” NO! Thune, McMurky, Collins and others got their asses kicked by Paxton and they know it!

Oh sheesh. Thune had endorsed Cornyn a long time ago. Incumbency bias and all that. He’s worked hard to raise money for him. It’s Trump who sat on the sideline sucking his thumb until the last minute.

What do you expect Thune, or anyone else, to do? Abandon longstanding commitments and do a 180 because the Oracle of Truth Social finally bestirred itself?

Now Thune, like Cornyn himself, is doing the party regular thing and supporting the party’s nominee, even though they were on the losing side in the primary.

When has Trump ever done that? He’s not interested in leading a political party, which will contain people who disagree from time to time. He’s only interested in the cult of personality.

somebody out there (left side of the aisle) really cares about Paxton. the wiki article about him is longer than those of the last 6 USA presidents combined.

i do not trust wiki’s content but it makes for interesting reading. if you can get thru it, I couldn’t. smiles smiles.

Not only did Paxton win, he won big. Mainstream Republicans should accommodate themselves to this reality, for their sake as well as the party’s sake. Let’s come together and make Texas into a bottomless sinkhole for Democrat money.

“ Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., said Republicans must quickly unite behind Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton after Paxton’s decisive primary runoff victory over Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas.”
***************************************************************

Jeez, the GOP establishment spent over $70 million supporting Cornyn in the primary and God knows how much in the runoff. Will they be equally supportive of Paxton in the general election? I guess we’ll see.

Paxton was going to win anyway. It was a blowout.
I’m sure that’s why Trump endorsed him in the end.
He gave Cornyn every chance to show he could win.
