There wasn’t a “they” who used the word, “executed”. It was the victim’s father. Reporter quoted him.
I understand that. Do you wish to insist that it wasn’t murder, but an execution following due process? Words have meanings. Misuse by a father doesn’t change the classification from murder to execution.
