Similar to the beg bug epidemic throughout the USA in the last decade or so.
Import third world folks with bed bugs hitching along for a ride. Although, I suspect that also has to do with the changes to the insecticides being allowed to be used in the USA too.
No more Diazanon or many other products that actually killed bugs.
