Sometimes it is better for a public person if they just say what killed the guy. It keeps from a bunch of speculation where stuff like drugs, suicide, etc. are bandied about.
The guy was only 41, which is very young, so it makes people wonder.

I’ve seen two people with an appendix that was going bad, both cases , they were rolling on the floor in pain.
“During a race...” Perhaps a cardiac event/stroke.
I know of a couple folks that were fine one day, felt bad the next couple days, went to the doctor, found out they we’re ate up with cancer and died within a couple of weeks.
he was a major sports/public figure...they just had a moment of silence for him at the NHL hockey game in Carolina. Of course theres gonna be huge public interest.
Wanna bet it was the COVID SHOT? Even the UN and WHO admit all the bad things told abt the shot are true
