Not sure. Sort of makes me wonder now if he was being treated for something that took a sudden turn for the worse.
Searching around X he was complaining of a sinus and respiratory infection so maybe he thought he’d need a strong injected antibiotic. Someone else mentioned it might have brought on a sepsis infection.
