Starlink had almost $12 billion in revenue and 10 million users in 2025.
On the other hand, according to Wiki, individual subscriptions (and necessary equipment) are quite expensive.
Musk may be thinking in terms of supplying individual phone companies and NOT dealing directly with individual customers.
