I myself at the time thought there was a good chance that the family was abusive in how they treated Britany. I think now that instead of getting rid of the conservatorship that some one othere the n her dad should of controlled the conservatorship

The court did not necessarily find that he was a bad conservator, rather that the conservatorship had gone beyond the intent of the law.
He did well keeping things hidden from the public,
and keeping her from hurting her brand,
and especially protecting the fortune, from her and from boyfriends and other interlopers.
Most people including her replacement lawyer and the judge in her case, cite the surveillance system, especially a bug in her bedroom.
He never authorized that. Not that he ever cared to ask.
He hired an agency to monitor her and they did that.
The judge was frosted that her conversations with Sam in their bedroom were recorded.
