It’ll be a glorious, spectacular failure. You’d think shareholders would get tired of losing vast fortunaes in woke bomb movies. I guess not

It’s Chris Nolan. He has a gigantic following, he’s a great director. This is a great story.
I’ll go see it. It’s the Odyssey . What do I care if Helen of Troy is black?
Or even $50 million.
I was not that impressed with Nolan’s “Oppenheimer”.
The entire AEC chairman vs Oppenheimer was a distraction from what would could have been a great historical movie.
When the bill comes for this mess, Nolan is going to be done.
Nolan only cares about being eligible for a Best Picture Oscar. Everything else is secondary.
With a marketing budget of 100 million (not unusual for this type of big budget movie) it would take 700 million in sales just to break even.
