Plan B works to prevent the egg from being fertilized. It would be a week or so before there was enough hormone in the system to show up on a pregnancy test.
This is ridiculous.
Plan b pills work by preventing or delaying ovulation OR preventing fertilization OR inhibiting the attachment of a fertilized egg to the uterine wall.
