But most in that city were not near the scene at the time.
If he was in Montgomery County that year the odds that another person in that county at that time had a DNA match would be close to zero.
I didn’t say he was not guilty, or that I would not vote that way
Just that I would approach it with a some extra reasonable doubt because I don’t trust the sheriff, or anyone who has already lied in this case.
The sheriff has made a bunch of extraordinary claims, I would want to see extraordinary evidence
