I used to live near Rose and Main Street on the Walk St., Paloma
for just over a year during 1984 LAOlympics.
The men and women’s marathon went right near our house.
The guys during the day was a madhouse.
The woman’s was early morning, neighbors with their coffee.
Venice muscle Beach was about a block away.
We lived there for the first year of my first son‘s life.
There was a huge bus depot behind our house/duplex.
Every morning they would fire those up and if the wind was wrong, it smelled.
