Where can civilians get the treatment?
Vets are not the only ones with tinnitus.
Go to the Lenoir website. There are audiologists all over the nation who sell it. That’s what I did, but after I found out it would cost $350.00 for the evaluation to see if you’re a candidate for use and the $4,500 - $6,000 price tag, which most insurance companies won’t cover, I asked the VA audiologist where I get my hearing aids (no cost) and she said there is a program... I jumped at it.
Try vitamin B Complex. It worked for me.

My father was complaining about vertigo. He had it before and took medication for it and was planning to go see his doctor. I told him about the Epley
Maneuver. I’ve used it a few times.

Simply, sit on the edge of the bed. Turn your head to the side and lay back. Wait 30 seconds and turn your head to the other side for 30 seconds. Keep your head turned and sit up. If it doesn’t work, start by turning your head in the other direction first and repeat the maneuver.
His vertigo went away without any trip to the doctor.
Expensive medical care is not always the answer, but it does make some people wealthier.
