It’s worth a try.
It gives you the specific items you can have during the five days, and you can't carry anything over to the next day.

Avoiding excessive promiscuity, ie common sexual practice today, is the solution for this and all other STDs that drain the body of energy and whittle down your immune system so other things can also take the opportunity to arise.
A few years ago, I published an FR article that said specifically that PrEP doesn’t stop HIV-induced accelerated aging. Another article I posted here said HIV-induced accelerated aging starts immediately upon infection. Also, articles used to say homosexuals with HIV were biologically 14 years older than their birth age. If you want to search for these articles, check keywords hivacceleratedaging and hivaging.
