Yes, carbon dioxide does stimulate crops. It also stimulates wildfire fuel between 20 and 60% depending upon the species. There is a hidden cost to anything and vegetative growth is a risk to be mitigated in a free market. That's just how things are.

You're right, the public should be jumping up and down for micro-nukes.

Until Donald Trump entered the room, we had been subject to extortion and pressure by the oil producing countries.

Donald Trump changed that and turned us into a net energy exporter, and when the SMR revolution takes place, this will open up wide vistas of prosperity for our nation.
