I don’t follow horse racing. Just noting that the Kentucky Derby , and a horse trying for the triple crown, is a major topic thst comes up.

So a lot of more casual racing fans, who watch the Kentucky Derby, and will watch the Preakness and Belmont, to see if someone can win the Triple Crown, will tune out the next two races.

Among other things, it hurts the TV ratings for these next two races.

I went back to becoming a casual auto racing fan. Just watch the big races like the Indy 500 and Daytona 500.
