Maybe the best Etruscan collection is in the Guarnacci Museum in Volterra, Italy. Volterra is a beautiful little town on the top of a mountain with an ancient Etruscan archway still intact.
The Liber Linteus is in the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb in a special climate-controlled room (or at least it was some years ago when I visited the museum).
