JUST IN: Judge Zia Faruqui has *apologized* to Cole Allen, the man who is accused of trying to kill President Trump, for how he has been treated in jail.
Fox News' Larry Kudlow was heard ripping the judge on Fox.
"The judge apologized to this guy? ... [He would've] shot at the President and we're apologizing to this guy?"
These judges are absolutely insane and belong in prison.

The district court appoints them for 8 years as helpers. They aren't article 3 judges..

Appointment Authority: Magistrate judges are appointed by the judges of the District Court, not the President.
