Seems to me like Barry is trying to put his spin on the information coming out. Comey was not arrested just because he spelled 86 47 on the beach with sea shells.
He was arrested for the treasonous acts that he helped execute against the newly elected POTUS Trump.
Those acts were orchestrated by the former POTUS Obama, the former CIA director Brennan, the former Secretary of State Clinton, and several other former Executive branch employees.
They are ALL guilty of SEDITION and TREASON.
