You need X number of lower case letters, X number of numerals, X number of upper case letters - START OVER....Even if you made up the most preposterous password you could ever think of, you would be told, it’s already in USE! Another example is portals for medical doctors....Some I just refuse to set up because of the aggravation of doing so.
