Seems like lately most sports stories have me thinking, “I didn’t even know that city has a team,” or even “I didn’t even know that sport has a league.”

Well, he is a liar.
The club has a memorandum of understanding with Vancouver in regards to constructing a soccer-specific stadium in the city, but that process could take years, say local leaders. Schuster called the site a “challenging piece of land … To make the dream come true it needs way more than the Vancouver Whitecaps alone trying to figure it out.”In other words, the team is trying to shake down Vancouver and British Columbia for a new stadium in this week's example of Sports Socialism. I would love to see cities say "NO!". One or two teams could move, but if you get many more cities refusing to pay for sports palaces for millionaire players to play for billionaire owners, then the whole game of musical chairs collapses.
