I’m an “Indiana fan” (politically) and I see all over Twitter where insurgent conservatives are making the maximum possible effort to unseat the RINOs who quashed the 2025 redistricting plan.
What I’m not sure of is how much establishment money is backing the RINOs, but we can probably safely assume they all have major cash advantages.
But hard work can sometimes overcome that, and RINO incumbents (Rick Niemeyer leaps to mind) are in a complete panic and are spewing all sorts of lies and hate about their challengers. Hopefully Indiana conservatives are mad enough and motivated enough to pull off some sizable upsets.
One of the IN Senate cowards, Kyle Walker, chose not to run again. He represents a marginal and deteriorating (was R+4 as of 2022, now it’s “even”) suburban district and I have no doubt he is pulling hard to be replaced by a Democrat in November. He has a good chance of getting his wish, unfortunately.
What about Jim Buck? Asking for pas.
Then there’s the Roderick Bray fella due up in ‘28. If we can get rid of enough of his slimey friends perhaps he’ll call it a career-or run for higher office.
