I truly believe that this was caused, in part, by wearing terrible sneakers for my daily walks. They were easy to slip into, but didn’t really have much support. Unfortunately, I’ve now learned my lesson, and I hope to encourage others to wear very good footwear.
The other thing weighing against me is my age. The older I get, the more I feel the aches and pains. I fight it, but I definitely feel it more every year.
I’m going kicking and screaming, though. 😉
