Yes, she needs a pardon. I believe because she purportedlyh committed a state crime, POTUS cannot pardon her. But because it was a federal election, seems to me (yeah, what do I know) that POTUS could pardon her. At least she’ll be free.
She won’t get a pardon out of CO. Maybe she could have her convictions overturned.
