I was stationed at Ft. Gordon, GA, doing AIT the last half of the summer of 1969, and heard that the oldest son in the Cowsills was stationed there also and that the family was scheduled to do a free concert there.

I don't know if that was true or not......

I worked with Jimmy “The Wiz” Wisner, who arranged and convinced the Cowsills to name that song instead of “The Flower Girl”. He was such a brilliant writer, arranger, and producer.
