Cass Elliot truly had a set of pipes on her!!

I was out of the country on business somewhere when that aired, so that's the first time I've ever seen her sing solo.

Her ability to sing the high notes so smoothly and clearly, puts her at the top of my list of all time favorite female singers. Specifically, Whitney Houston and Patsy Cline......

All three were sadly taken way before their time......I can only imagine the songs they could have provided had they lived.
