My younger brother has smoked it his entire life. At the ripe old age of 71 he has a vocabulary with a single adverb/adjective, the F word. He speaks mostly profanity and vulgarity, hasn't a clue about much of anything, and is an extreme commie/liberal. He has numerous psychological disorders; but, it sure none of them come from his weed consumption.

I stay away from him best I can.

IOW, your brother stopped maturing about the time he started smoking pot. Very common phenomenon with alcohol and other drugs.
