I only wish Ogles would have said who said it so it's more than just hearsay, If Ogles is going to make a statement like this, he needs to say which journalist made the statement. Either name the journalist or don't make the statement.

Ogles having said what he heard, perhaps this will motivate those one or more others to admit that it’s true, even if the TDSer in question remains unidentified.

There is a greater than 0% chance someone else under or near that table was recording on their phone and may well have picked up such a statement. Without proof, Ogles faces legal risk for naming the individual.
