Allen is clearly referring to the Epstein files, the E. Jean Carroll trial, and the Mueller investigation/Steele Dossier.
This is in reference to illegal alien detainees in ICE holding facilities. Allen is likely referring to the Otay Mesa detention center in San Diego that for-profit prison contractor CoreCivic runs. There were seven reported rapes at the facility that the county turned over to CoreCivic to investigate.
This refers to Operation Southern Spear, the military operation that is targeting Venezuelan drug-running boats in the Caribbean Sea.
The "fisherman," Alejandro Carranza Medina, had a documented criminal record that directly contradicts the pure-fisherman narrative. Colombia's El Tiempo reported that in 2015 Carranza "was allegedly involved in the theft of 264 weapons from the Santa Marta Metropolitan Police", and El País stated the alleged perpetrator "accepted charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, embezzlement, falsification of public documents, and aggravated theft".
This probably refers to the Iran missile strike that hit a school in Iran that was on an IRGC military facility, the Sayyid al-Shuhada military complex, headquarters of the Asif Brigade of the IRGC Navy. The school was a decommisioned military building that was converted to a school, but targeting intelligence still listed it as a military objective. That's "fog of war", not an intentional act or war crime.
This refers to Gaza resident Mohammed Zakaria al-Mutawaq, whose emaciated photo was shown on the front page of The New York Times in July 2025 under the headline "Young, Old and Sick Starve to Death in Gaza: There Is Nothing" with the caption noting he was "born healthy". The truth that the Times was later forced to acknowledge was that the child suffered from cerebral palsy, hypoxemia. They also failed to disclose that the photo deliberately cropped out his older brother, who appeared visibly healthy and well-nourished, standing next to him.
This is in reference to the Epstein "client list," the calls for the release of the Epstein files, and President Trump's objections that were framed as protection and obstruction. The facts are different from the media framing.
The SDNY FBI Office under James Dennehy lied to incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi when he sent 200 pages of documents and declared that to be the entirety of the FBI files. A whistleblower told the DoJ that there were tens of thousands of documents still held in the SDNY office, and Bondi raided the office the next day and siezed the withheld files.
Trump wasn't covering up anything, he was saying they needed to protect the identities of the victims, and needed to review all the new documents to redact identifying information. The Democrats framed this as cover-up and obstruction.
Allen refers to the progressive oppressor/oppressed worldview here, which shows the narrative frame he's adopted.
Allen is adopting the left's race and identity politics frame.
This is a rich comment, so I will focus mostly on the "judges" aspect.
Allen is likely referring to the high-profile Supreme Court and other cases that went President Trump's way and infuriated progressives:

Beautiful summary. Thank you.
PJ posted: “Cole Allen’s so-called ‘manifesto’ is an inventory of misleading media reporting by CNN, MSNBC, and the broadcast and print media that misrepresented the facts in order to demonize Trump; they, together with shooter Allen, absorbed and internalized all of it.”
Useful idiot
Gullible moron
Brain issues. Brilliant sometimes but retarded other times.
PJ2 is right and O’s statement is clueless.
