NYPD used to have an Anti Crime squad the job of which was to remove guns from the streets. (Since disbanded on account of being “racist”.) these guys could spot armed miscreants simply by observing body language as the subject innocently walked down the street. Apparently this talent isn’t held by our “elite” law enforcement. A walking armory strolls up and no one the wiser.
Broken windows policing and stop and frisk worked.
Which is why Deep State has a mad-on for both.
