Wind and Solar are proven failures. In the case of Solar it’s “No Sun, no Power!” In the case of solar, it’s “no wind no power”. Duuh!!!!
EVEN IF a developer builds a wind farm where the wind ALWAYS blows the equipment itself burns itself up. The ONLY way Wind is possible at all financially is with a taxpayer subsidy. Solar, with less moving parts, CAN WORK in selective FOREVER SUN geographic areas like Saudi Arabia for instance.
In a word, the New York laws being sought are a giant SCAM. Don’t believe me, ask a German citizen who’s electric rate is 38 pennies per kilowatt hour which is almost 5 times what my rate is in Texas.
