When someone asks us for forgiveness, our very salvation is at stake in how we answer.

I agree with the prior post: she never repented. She lied about hitting a coyote. She deleted all video that proved her manslaughter. She obstructed justice at every turn. She deserve NO forgiveness. It is time for her to suffer in prison for a long time. Hopefully, after a while the family will feel she has suffered enough and will find it in their hearts to forgive.

That's for God to judge ... “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

Meanwhile, she has been tried, convicted, and sentenced ... I may not agree with the severity of the sentence, but it is done.

Carrying a grudge against those who have wronged me isn't worth the trouble. Best to consign them to God's mercy and justice, and work on bettering my life. It's hard to do ... Satan is right there, hissing "Yesssss ... let the hate flow through you ...." Tell that old snake to begone. Jesus, I trust in you.
