I try not to buy anything from Amazon that I might have to return. Their return policy used to be easy. Just box it up, print out the label, and find a UPS driver to give it to. Now, you have to take it to a UPS store or pay an additional “fee.” The nearest UPS store is 60 miles from me.
I never was able to give a return to a UPS driver. That said, the UPS store never charges me for a return.
Amazon is actually one of the better places if you have to make a return.
60 miles away is a real PIA. I can walk to my UPS store and often do. Really nice people work there too.
